1. Returns
We currently do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following condition:
If your product has not been delivered within 10 – 15 business days from the date of order confirmation, you are eligible to request a full refund.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@vinayakpack.com with your order number and relevant details. Once we verify that the delivery window has been exceeded, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, shipping company delays, etc.) unless they exceed 15 business days.
